Great strength training product

I have been using the back (heavy tension) for a while now, and would highly recommend it.

The individual finger springs are great for working on specific areas, and being able to hold in several ways depending on how much force you want to use is really good.

I've used a few different strengthening tools, but the Gripmaster in my opinion is the best out there!
