Having tried so many therapy band over the year, I can say personally these are the best one I've used. There great for warming up and cooling down before/after climbing. These are great for traveling as they don't take up much not space and are very versatile. The three different strengths are clearly different from each other, which enable you to get the perfect band for the task you're carrying out. The bands take longer then most other bands that are on the market to ware away and personally have had them last over a years before having to replace them. Would highly recommend to any climber to help prevent injury's or to aid in recovery. These are also great gift as there not expensive and you can get the hole set of band for under £20.
