Delivery

We are currently only shipping to the United Kingdom

Our shipping costs are:

We use Royal Mail as our chosen delivery partner and full tracking information will be sent following dispatch of your order. 

All orders placed before 5pm will be dispatched the following day. 

 

Local Pick Up (Click and Collect)

We offer free collection from our physical store located in East Grinstead, West Sussex. The address for collection is:
Volume 1 Climbing, Unit 12, Birches Industrial Estate, East Grinstead, West Sussex, RH19 1XZ

There is plenty of parking available at the front and rear of the building. The shop opening times are: 

Monday - Friday: 12.30pm - 8.30pm 

Saturday - Sunday: 10am - 5pm 

Once you have selected Local pick up and completed your order. You will then receive an email confirmation when your order is ready to be collected. This is usually under 24 hours.
