    No-edge Skwamas???

These perform similarly to Skwamas but with a few key differences. They're built on a different last and so are actually quite narrow in the forefoot, whereas the Skwamas feel a bit better for the wider footed among us. The heel is quite similar to the Solution Comp which is nice as it sticks well and also means you can get nice narrow heel-toe cams in and cheat your way up a lot of climbs :-). From the session I had, I noticed that they are good at standing on small edges (although the no-edge tech means this doesn't feel "normal" if you're used to climbing with solutions etc.) and are medium-supportive in this regard. They are surprisingly good at smearing too. I'm 7.5+UK usually and bought these in 5.5UK but I downsize very aggressively so I would recommend downsizing by 1.5UK maximum for non-masochists.
