What we say: A popular addition to the instinct family line up. The Instinct women’s lace is a lower volume and softer version of the Instinct lace. A perfect all-round performance shoe, which will perform well at the gym or the crag.

What Scarpa Say: The Instinct Woman Lace, has taken inspiration from the Instinct lace and the VS Women’s, to create a lace up version of the Instinct VS women.

With a lower volume heel and using Scarpa patented PAF heel technology (Pressure adjusting fit), which naturally pushes the foot further into the shoe. Using two types of Vibram Rubber, the forefoot uses 3.5mm of Vibram XS grip two, whereas the heel uses 2mm of Vibram XS grip. This provides the climber with excellent grip, while standing on small or large holds. With a moderate sized toe patch, will aid the climber ability too toe hook.

With a combination of micro suede and leather used for the upper, this allows the shoe to stretch out over time and mould to the climbers’ feet. The Instinct Woman lace has a single breathable tongue, which allows the climbers foot to be able to breathe more freely. Using laces for the closing system, allowing the climber to make more micro adjustments to the shoe to get that perfect fit. The Instinct women’s lace has a moderate amount of downturn to the shoe, providing the climber with more power through the foot.
